Since 1986 Sound Telecom has been providing telephone answering services to businesses, large and small, across the country. Along the way we’ve garnered some great recognition—from clients as well as from independent organizations like Inc. which has awarded us their Inc. 5000 award three times (in 2007, 2008 and 2012) as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

Clutch, a business-to-business (B2B) market research firm based in Washington, D.C., has named us to an exclusive list of Top Answering Services. Clutch uses a proprietary methodology, based on a dozen qualitative and quantitative factors, to find and analyze service firms. They then plot these firms on a Leaders Matrix. We were identified as a market leader based on Clutch’s analysis.

Part of the process includes direct, one-on-one interviews with service providers’ clients. Their feedback is one of the most heavily weighted elements of the analysis and we’re very gratified by their positive comments.
