A: Web Chat is a Web Services feature that allows a Call Center Agent to engage in an interactive, two-way text-based chat session with a web-browsing customer. Chat sessions can then be documented electronically and instantly emailed back to the customer. Additionally, services like this can often be paired with other Web Services features such as Web Push.
