A: Stands for Personal Identification Number. Sometimes referred to as “Passcode.” Your PIN is what keeps your Solaxis access line secure. PINs need to be 4-10 digits in length and are strictly numeric. You can change your PIN at anytime via the Web in Personal Info or over the phone in the User Options menu.
