Q: What is Direct Check In?
A: A Check In line is set up for a client and the voice announcer greets clients, describes the number of messages, and offers other check-in options. Thus, some clients will never have to talk to an operator to pick up their messages. (Transferring to an operator is always one of the check-in options and is necessary to pick up text messages.)
